The Sales Support Analyst plays a critical role in collaborating across multiple functions to drive profitable sales growth and ensure pipeline rigor through efficient processes, robust analytics, and maintaining data integrity. This role works closely under the direction of the Enterprise Sales Operation Manager and partners with the President, VP of Sales, Marketing, and other sales organization leaders. The Sales Support Analyst has ownership of critical support functions for the field sales team, including forecasting, pipeline management, process optimization, data maintenance, and KPI development and monitoring.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and present data to support sales, marketing, and various business projects.
- Conduct thorough research on potential customer databases to identify pre-qualified leads.
- Generate detailed reports and manage databases; organize and clearly present findings to stakeholders.
- Provide accurate, clean, and actionable data to support both pre-sale and post-sale efforts.
- Perform on-net and near-net reviews to support sales team objectives.
- Lead initiatives to continuously improve and optimize system process flows.
- Perform regular data cleaning and maintenance, ensuring the accuracy of customer contact information, sales records, and other critical data points.
- Manage the data hygiene of CRM systems, ensuring up-to-date, relevant, and correctly formatted data for reporting and forecasting purposes.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve both internal and external customer communication and experiences.
- Monitor and maintain data quality through auditing processes and resolve discrepancies or inaccuracies in a timely manner.
- Assist in developing best practices for data governance and maintaining data standards to drive decision-making processes.

Education and/ or Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce.com, specifically in creating reports, dashboards, and managing data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite—expert level in Excel, with the ability to perform complex functions for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience working within a regional, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with demonstrated experience in data clean-up, maintenance, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
